SBMAA Purchasing Portal

Submit an Amazon purchasing request, then follow it from approval through purchase and delivery. Any Google account may sign in.

For requesters

  • Sign in with any Google account.
  • Submit a request with the item link, quantity, purpose, and delivery location.
  • Your order starts as Pending Finance Approval and moves to Approved, Purchase Pending, Purchased, then Delivered.
  • You can view only your own orders and message us if you need changes.

For admins

  • Review all submitted requests and update status.
  • Add total cost, internal notes, and one or more Amazon Order IDs.
  • Approved requests notify the purchasing contact automatically.
  • Manage departments and admin access from the admin area.
